🔒 Return & Refund Policy

At Marca Fina Laser Creations, every item we create is custom-made with precision and care. Because our products are personalized and crafted based on customer-approved designs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

❌ No Returns or Refunds

• All sales are final once the customer approves the mock-up or design proof.
• Personalized items—including custom engravings, names, dates, logos, or artwork—cannot be resold or repurposed.
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect information provided by the customer, or changes requested after approval.

✅ Mock-Up Approval Process

• Before production begins, we provide a detailed mock-up for customer review.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all design elements, spelling, sizing, and placement.
• Production will only proceed once written or digital approval is received.

⚠️ Exceptions

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will gladly remake or replace an item if:

• The final product differs significantly from the approved mock-up due to our error.
• The item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling (photo evidence required within 3 days of delivery).
