❓ What materials can you engrave with your laser machines?

We use both diode and fiber lasers, allowing us to engrave a wide range of materials:

• Fiber laser: Ideal for metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and coated metals. It also enables color engraving and polishing on 304 stainless steel.
• Diode laser: Perfect for organic and softer materials like wood, leather, acrylic, cardboard, and certain plastics.

This dual setup gives us flexibility to handle both industrial-grade metalwork and creative custom pieces.

❓ Do you offer custom engraving services?
Yes! We provide personalized laser engraving. You can upload your design or work with us to create one. A mock up of how it would look will be send out for your approval. After you are happy with the outcome then we engrave. 

❓ How long does it take to complete an order?
Standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity and material availability.

❓ Can you engrave color on stainless steel?
Absolutely. Our fiber laser setup allows for vibrant color engraving on stainless steel using controlled heat and speed settings.

❓ What is the difference between fiber and CO₂ laser engraving?
Fiber lasers are ideal for metals and high-precision work, while CO₂ lasers are better suited for wood, acrylic, and glass. We use fiber lasers for most of our metal engraving projects.

❓ Do you ship engraved products nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the U.S. with tracking and insurance. Local pickup is available in Brownsville, TX.

❓ What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the custom nature of engraved products, returns are only accepted for defects or errors on our part. Please review your design carefully before submitting.
